All our Family Solicitors are members
of Resolution (previously known as ‘The Solicitors Family Law Association’).
This is a specialist organisation. We support and subscribe to the Resolution
Code of Practice which improves the way in which our legal training
leads us to conduct our cases.
Membership of Resolution commits family lawyers to resolving disputes
in a non confrontational way. We believe that family law disputes should
be dealt with in a constructive way designed to preserve people’s
dignity and to encourage agreement.
