Laura Wilson

Laura WilsonI completed the Legal Practice Course in June 2011 and started work as a trainee paralegal at odonnells in November 2011. I developed a keen interest in community care, mental health and mental capacity issues whilst working in the charity and welfare sectors and specialised in mental health law, law and the elderly client and family law on the LPC. I am currently being trained in the Mental Health Department of the firm and my career aim is to qualify as a solicitor specialising in mental health and mental capacity work.

Prior to going to Law School I spent five years travelling around the world working in the hospitality industry. I love to travel, meet new people and experience different cultures. In my spare time I enjoy playing badminton and chess, going on country walks, visiting historical sights and reading a variety of literature and fact.
